Description:
The Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Los Angeles (BOMA/GLA) is a volunteer non-profit organization comprised of commercial property owners and managers. The foundation of the services provided by BOMA is supplied by its membership. Over 1400 individuals who own or manage some 144 million square feet of commercial office space in Los Angeles County participate in the many activities this group sponsors. Our buildings house over 300,000 people in Los Angeles County. In addition, BOMA's Associate Members represent over 200 companies that provide professional services or products to the industry.
Mission Statement:
BOMA's mission is to represent and promote the interests of the commercial real estate industry as well as foster the professional development of the people within it. The association accomplishes this goal by providing professional education, market research, legislative advocacy and a clearinghouse for industry information.
