Valley Industry & Commerce Association (VICA)

VICA is widely considered as one of the most influential business advocacy organizations in Southern California and the San Fernando Valley’s only full-service business advocacy organization. With its intimate knowledge of the legislative process and economic issues, VICA's access to public officials ensures that the San Fernando Valley's business perspective will be heard in the interest of improving our business climate and quality of life. VICA has been instrumental in producing cuts to L.A. gross receipts taxes and passage of the State Infrastructure bonds in 2006. With input and guidance from its members, VICA effectively maintains a frequent presence at legislative bodies at all levels of government to effectively represent Valley businesses living up to its billing as “the most powerful business group north of Mulholland,” (LA Weekly) and “most powerful business group in the Valley,” (L.A. Daily News).
